By accessing or using the Mile High AI Agency services, website, or AI infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Scope

We provide web design, AI integration, and local SEO services. Final deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined individually within Client Service Agreements generated after the initial audit.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mile High AI Agency and its licensors.

4. Liability Limitation

Under no circumstances shall Mile High AI Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites or AI agents.
